Yes — all clients require a valid prescription, which we organise for you through a quick consult with our registered nurse or prescribing doctor. This prescription lasts for 12 months and covers all infusions during that time.
Absolutely. All infusions are administered by trained medical professionals in a clinical setting or in your home. We follow strict protocols and source our vitamins from TGA-approved pharmacies. Feel free to ask our friendly nurses about any concerns you may have.
Yes! We offer mobile appointments across the Port Stephens region. We can come to your home, Airbnb, or event – all we need is a safe, clean space to set up. Just book your appointment and select location during the checkout process.

Most infusions take 30–45 minutes. First-time appointments may take up to 1 hour to allow for a brief consult and setup. We can also run infusions for multiple people at the same time.

It depends on your goals. We usually recommend 2–3 infusions spaced 2 weeks apart to start, then monthly maintenance. Some people come in for a boost before travel, events, or when feeling run down.
