These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Easy IV’s website, services, and treatment offerings.

By booking an appointment or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Medical Disclaimer

Easy IV provides vitamin and hydration infusions under medical oversight. However, we do not claim to treat, diagnose, or cure medical conditions. Always consult your GP or specialist before starting any new health program.

All services require a valid prescription from our partnered doctor or your own.

2. Eligibility

To receive treatment:

You must be 18 years or older or have parent/guardian consent
You must complete a medical history form and be cleared by our prescribing practitioner
You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of infusion

3. Appointments & Cancellations

Bookings must be made online or through direct communication
Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee
No-shows may incur a 100% service fee

4. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking or service
We accept credit/debit cards and online payments
Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless stated

5. Mobile Appointments

Our mobile services are available within designated service areas
You must provide a safe, clean, and legal space for the treatment
Travel fees may apply depending on location

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of the service, refunds are not provided for completed infusions. If you are unsatisfied, please contact our team within 24 hours of your appointment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (images, text, branding) is owned by Easy IV or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
